Advanced Systems Engineer
Description
Systems Engineering concentrateson the precise specification of system architecture and performance in order tosatisfy customer requirements. The role of the Systems Project Engineerencompasses the complete product design and development life cycle including;System concept development, design, build, qualification, certification supportand in-service support.
In addition, to be a key customercontact. The Systems Project Engineer may be required to lead global Honeywellresources and external suppliers to define and align product designs withcustomer’s system requirements.

The Systems Project Engineer will be responsible tothe Systems Engineering Manager.
The Systems Project Engineer will be responsible fordetermining and deriving the technical requirements from the customer ensuringthe compliance of the system and its products to the customer requirementdocumentation.
Experience in thecapturing and definition and subsequent detailing of requirements is required.The use of suitable requirement’s capture software would be useful.
The roleincludes responsibility for the complete system life cycle:
Responsibilityfor defining the system level requirements includes requirements allocation toelectronic controls and component level requirements
In addition tothe above, the Systems Project Engineer would also be expected to have theability to;
Be able to create the following types of documents;
A good engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or SystemsEngineering is required. Knowledge of thermodynamic and fluid dynamic theoryand practice would be useful. Specific experience of working with air/oxygenmanagement systems would be useful.
However, other relevant systems experiencewould also be taken into account and assessed on merit.
A strongbackground and experience of engineering practices, design and practicalapplications would be useful.
