As part of our Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team you will work across a variety of deals to develop your capabilities and assist clients to find financial, strategic, and operational solutions to improve liquidity, credit availability and returns to their stakeholders. Further, as a member of a multi-disciplinary, global team you will gain valuable experience across industries and geographies.

You will also:

• Work with the team on formal insolvency engagements (such as, voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations), restructuring/turnaround advisory engagements and creditor advisory engagements (investigating accountant and pre-lending reviews).
• Have the opportunity to work with the other teams across Strategy and Transactions such as Transaction Diligence, Valuations and Business Modelling, Infrastructure Advisory, Real Estate Advisory, Debt Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions, as needed to provide the best possible solution for our clients.

What we’re looking for

• Have completed a degree in commerce or law or equivalent.
• Any full-time or part-time restructuring, insolvency or accounting experience will be beneficial but not essential.
• Have completed or are willing to complete the CA qualification (or similar) (following completion of bridging subjects, if required)
• Strong communication skills
• A collaborative approach and commitment to client service
