Responsibilities

  • Core activities will be “in market” candidate engagement. Focused on prequalifying DAP candidates for both BAU and opportunistic hiring.
  • The priority of activity should be where there is “urgency” to hire, or complexity of sourcing activity is present (Team lifts, team builds, multi-geography hiring or meeting our DEI hiring objectives)
  • Working in close collaboration with an Executive Recruiter to define a sourcing strategy for the service line, and executing this with the DAP Centre TA Leader, driving innovation and working on projects to lead new ways of working for executive hiring.
  • Form a collaboration with the DAP Centre (research) team to drive outcomes in a timely manner. Leveraging their research, pipelining and engagement activity to support projects.
  • Provide leadership of SL Insights activity, becoming a focal point of contact for this activity – freeing the time of our Executive Recruiters and advising the Hiring partners and Service Line and Sub Service Line leaders in the area
  • This role will be measured on candidates that are hired through direct sourcing, market insights work delivered, and the quality of the candidate conversion rates as well as linked to overall vendor spend % targets.
  • Promote the development of market brand campaigns for the service line – progressing this activity with stakeholders – executing this through the DAP Centre based teams.
  • This role will additionally be accountable for advancing our DEI hiring agenda in EMEIA with a specific Service Line.
  • This specialist delivery role for executive hiring is critical for EY identifying and engaging with executive talent for EY to win in this market, while managing cost in a fiscally responsible way.


Requirements

  • You will be experienced in a search firm or in-house recruiting team (ideally both) delivering on complex, Executive Recruiting projects, ideally within professional services or consulting.
  • Experience in managing complex client and stakeholder relationships able to navigate a large matrix structure.
  • Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search led, team lifts, headhunting.
  • Demonstrated creativity in sourcing and a personal drive to innovate.
  • A high level of capability and versatility in communication, both written and verbal, to allow rapport building across a range of demographics.
  • An ability to rapidly assimilate information and develop robust knowledge in a range of markets and technical functions to enable effective sourcing and assessment of required skills and capabilities.
  • A global mindset, and the willingness and ability to team globally with dispersed and centralised teams.
  • Besides English, a second language skill is preferred.
