As a, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.


• Develop and maintain direct customer and broader service delivery relationships including the use of Dell Financial Services tools to gain access to monthly billing data. Sets up initial reports on supported products according to internal requirements, customer metrics and monthly billing cycles
• Assist in implementing delivery management process improvements
• Target opportunities for growth within the customer environment and be responsible for service delivery costs, service level and coordination of resources
•Participate in the design and operational execution of the customer's Hyper Converged Infrastructure/storage/Backup disaster recovery process as required
•Perform necessary Hyper Converged Infrastructure/storage/Backup infrastructure maintenance and necessary data migration, as required


Essential Requirements

  • Experience applying non-critical and new product updates onHyper Converged Infrastructure, Storage and Backup products as-needed basis, evaluate each release for applicability, new features enhancements and bug fixes. Coordinate critical security and software patch updates with customer change management process and cyber teams

  • Provides proactive recommendations to the customer IT infrastructure for improving and/or effective use of Dell Technologies IT solutions and conducts knowledge transfer for new technology features, operations management and administrative activities and collaborate with technical support (Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Storage and Backup) to help maximize their satisfaction with Dell Tech

  • Actively contributes to the configuration, layout, and performance tuning of Dell Technologies IT solutions (Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Storage and Backup). Works with Deployment Team and other support team resources on Day 2 transition planning and operational readiness and billing process requirements/reporting including Monitors, reviews, and manages Dell Technologies Day 2 infrastructure, work with internal teams for developing action items connect to account strategy and roadmap milestones

  • Supports ATO certification and accreditation process by providing artifacts and other materials for Management toolsets as required and Conducts knowledge transfer to address End User’s skills and resource gaps as well as ongoing technology recommendations

  • TS/SCI with ability to upgrade to CI Poly if required CompTIA Security+ Certification required

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience on working with Dell Technology productslike Vxrail, Isilon, Power Scale, Power Store, PMAX, Data Domain, Avamar and PowerFlex

  • Specialist/Expert certification onDellHyper Converged Infrastructure, Storage and Backup products
