Job Description

• Manage and control inventory to meet company stipulated target inventory turns
• Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review to maintain inventory integrity
• Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments accuracy
• Compile and document all transactions for data entry
• Publish regular reports to Management
• Analyze complex situations and recommend solutions to inventory problems
• Support supply chain improvement initiatives, e.g. DFT (Kanban) program

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Material Management or Business Administration
• 3 years related industry experience in material planning and inventory control will be advantagous
• Experience in SAP system and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Team player, self driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Experience with interpretation of data processing output is preferred
• Experience in low volume high mix and DFT/pull manufacturing environment is a plus
