Job Description
The main responsibility for the Executive Director, International Marketing Lead (IML) Oncology, will be to elevate marketing execution & performance across Human Health International.
Key responsibilities:
- Set priorities and monitor performance for Human Health International oncology.
- Translate brand strategy into commercialization by preparing and executing the International commercialization plan for assigned indications.
- Providing markets with guidance on local implementation in alignment with the Global marketing team.
- Scale and share capability and best practice across regions and markets.
- Primary point of contact for the Global marketing team to represent the voice of the International Region
- Business owner in squads enabling an outstanding end to end customer experience.
- Supporting markets along their commercial excellence efforts.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Regional or Global Marketing experience
- Strong understanding of the Oncology market including current & future trends within the IO class and beyond
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage key levers that drive growth and profitability
- An understanding of the general Oncology market space, key drivers, payer and reimbursement levers
- Proven experience as commercial director or another relevant role
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong project management skills, leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication

- Working knowledge and experience with collaboration, influencing within a matrix environment and working successfully with cross-functional teams both regionally and globally
- Requires travel effort which can become substantial at times
Preferred experience & skills:
- Experience of working in Oncology
- International experience
- General understanding of health care systems of core markets
- Ideally country marketing experience fully understanding affiliate expectations
- Strong Leadership & communication skills
- Willingness to work as single contributor
