Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving GR TAT, WO cycle time, WARS indicators & Warehouse productivity.
Process Improvement: Improve workflow optimization by analyze current warehouse processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Also communicate with stakeholders to implement and optimize warehouse technology solutions.
Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status & other relevant metrics and Provide data and insights for special projects or executive requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing an overall strategy to streamline warehouse process and provide senior management visibility to warehouse performance.
Analyze Failure transaction and work with IT to implement short-term and long-term solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional team such as Operations, Finance, Planners, Procurement, HSE.
Participate as a key member on ERP/Systems/Database evaluation and implementation by working with process owners and system consultants.
Create / improve processes relate Warehouse/Logistics/Inventory complying business requirement.
Identify and suggest improvements/Cost Savings through data mining and analysis.
Responsible for reporting accuracy with gap analysis.
Involve in automation project and initiative for design, analyze, development and implementation.
Ready at any time to learn and execute new assignment.
Understand business requirement and develop solution within internal and/or engage 3rd party.
Able to manage a team with leadership skill set with good environment.
Involve in ISO compliance and be a strong representative from Logistics in internal & external audit programs.
Advance in using Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Visio).
Handle daily adhoc job-based business requirement.
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/ Trade Compliance/Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent with minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, strong understanding and experience in warehouse management.
PREFERRED:
Operational processes for business/ logistics compliance.
Knowledge ERP application such as Oracle/SAP a plus.
Capability of handling multiple priorities. Ability to concentrate, cope with stress. Use independent judgment to accomplish results. Adapt to stay alert in business environment. Ability to deal with people.
SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word/Excel /PowerPoint.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with external/internal clients required.
