* You are in your final year of university or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline with top academic record from a leading university
* Dynamic with exceptional analytical skills

We're committed to teaching you the ropes. The Analyst program begins with intensive training program. After a placement process based on your interests and our needs, you will be matched with an Investment Banking team. While you're in the Analyst role, you're eligible to participate in Citi's mentorship program which will provide further training and guidance during and after the program from senior leaders within the firm.

The Investment Banking group advises corporate clients who want to raise funds in capital markets and who need strategic support in financial transactions. Initiatives you may be working on with clients include mergers; acquisitions; divestitures; financial restructurings; underwriting; and distributing equity; debt; and derivative securities.
