Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or other professional accounting accreditation
10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Experience in intercompany and consolidation accounting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with SAP or other large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including data flow for consolidation, eliminations and reporting.
Experience in consolidations, investments, and structured transactions.
Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, technical accounting, and project management skills.
