In this role, which is focused on the SEAR, you will be focused on oversight of EMEA regulated employees end-to-end operating model for the SEAR and UK SMR.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the development and submission of PCF applications (including responding to regulator queries)
- Draft and review updates to the Firm's Management Responsibility Maps (MRM) and PCF Statements of Responsibilities (SoR)
- Develop and deliver inductions and ongoing training
- Advise internal stakeholders on application of the SEAR rules and regulatory guidance
- Identify and implement SEAR regulatory change
- Prepare regulatory submissions and correspondence with the Firm's regulators
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including development and enhancement of team standard operating procedures and guidance
- Report on implementation of SEAR across the Firm and prepare metrics on performance of the team
- Maintain and update relevant SOPs, policies and procedures
