Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify issues and recommend best practices for the administration of legal entities and subsidiaries.
  • Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business or process improvements.
  • Analyze business trends to inform decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate corporate records and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive execution of issue, incident, complaint, and RCP remediation
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for potential issues and/or closed incidents across GFCCP Programs
  • Liaise with appropriate functional team(s) to define and document recommended remediation plans and follow up with issue owners on timelyresolution/implementation.
  • Partner with other BRCLs and business owners to assign and agree ownership of issues originating from outside of GFCCP, ensuring adequate resources are in place to manage GFCCP impacts
  • Establish strong partnerships with line of business and technology representatives that will enable the team to meet business objectives
  • Maintain strong understanding of key risk management principles and PayPal products and services within area of responsibility
  • Engage with Second Line of Defense Teams as part of Issue Management & Remediation Planning
  • Understand impact of BRCL role in the Control Environment and PayPals Risk Taxonomy
  • Support other BRCL tasks & activities associated with Management & Mitigation of Risk for GFCCP

Job Requirements

  • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to devise and execute on remediation plans, leveraging your experience and general knowledge of GFCCP Programs
  • Ability to deep-dive problem statements to identify root cause and partner with the business to understand their needs when determining best solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple GFCCP programs, including Seller Risk, a plus
  • Confident engaging with all levels of leadership & asking challenging questions
  • Strong analytical skills, must be comfortable working with and interpreting GFCCP related data as part of decision-making
