As our SAP I2B Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of the Order to Cash processes within the SAP environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are met and that the SAP system is configured to support efficient order processing, billing, and revenue recognition.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP I2B processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP modules related to Order to Cash, including Sales and Distribution (SD) and Billing.
  • Monitor and optimize I2B processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of the SAP system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to I2B processes and SAP configurations.

What we look for

  • Extensive experience in SAP I2B processes, particularly in Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • Exposure and understanding of CAR
  • Strong understanding of order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
