Analyze and redesign supplier collaboration workflows, including PO, ASN, and forecast processes.
Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Design, test, and implement new systems or enhancements aligned with business needs.
Ensure successful implementation of system improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless ERP integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues to ensure smooth operations.
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management support.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend continuous improvements.
BA/BS in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Senior experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of supplier collaboration processes (PO lifecycle, ASN, forecast sharing).
Experience with supplier portals or B2B collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor LN.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical and functional aspects of system implementations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in digital transformation or system migration projects is a plus.
Experience in SQL is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency required, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
