In this position, you will be working with system-level platforms to evaluate the silicon characteristics and ensure the quality of our GPU using real SW workloads. Your primary responsibility will be to stress our GPU with our in-house and external SW workloads and look for stability failures, measure power and performance numbers, as well as investigate reliability issues. You will develop scripts for the automation of our test equipment, to enable the test/debug features of our chips and to do the data parsing and analysis of your test runs. You will be part of our silicon validation team and will work in a cross-functional environment, where you will interact with our designers, DV (design verification), SW and production test teams and solve the technical challenges to commercialize our most advanced, high-performance and power-efficient GPU in the next mobile and computing devices.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ yrs of related experience in Silicon Validation and SW Quality Test environments and must have worked in one or more of following areas:

-- Silicon functional validation at the system-level

-- Power and performance measurements at the system-level

-- SW automation for regression testings

-- Debugging low-level software and hardware issues

-- Writing scripts in Python for data parsing, plotting and analysis

-- Excellent Python scripting skills

-- Knowledge in the ARM CPU architecture and AHB/AXI bus protocols.

-- Knowledge in the GPU architecture

-- Knowledge in VLSI Design and Test Methodologies

-- Experience with lab equipment, such as, Logic analyzers and Oscilloscopes

-- Familiarity with ARM Coresight IP

-- Familiarity with DFT/DFD

-- Familiarity with RMA process

-- Good written and oral communications skills, multitasking skills, understanding of deadline requirements

-- Be able to work independently with little supervision."

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

Pay range:

$151,000.00 - $227,000.00
