Strategic Planning:Develop and drive the long-term strategic vision of STO, ensuring alignment with overall GE HealthCare business objectives around digital/SaaS and AI offerings.
Initiative Development:Identify and prioritize STO strategic initiatives, working closely with GE HealthCare senior leadership to address market trends and business opportunities for STO new product offerings and initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with various departments (e.g., finance, marketing, sales, lean team, regional teams, GE HealthCare regions and segments, operations) to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Performance Monitoring:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives such as digital, SaaS, and AI go-to-market (GTM) launches and monitor progress against targets.
Market Analysis:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform initiative development through strategic engagement with healthcare and technology analyst firms and market research initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication:Effectively communicate strategic initiatives to key stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes. Establish an effective, visual, data-driven dashboard for senior leadership consumption.
Functional Leadership:Build and lead an STO function with excellence on the execution of strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Change Management:Lead change management efforts associated with STO strategic initiatives, ensuring adaptation and buy-in across the organization. Foster an environment of transparency and trust across GE HealthCare regions and segments.
Integrity:Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.
Adaptable/Flexible:Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or work in ambiguous situations.
Clear thinking: Some experience simplifying strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, making decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information.
7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development with proven experience in leadership roles over cross-functional projects.
7+ years of experience in building an effective internal narrative around new product launches with proven metric results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience with healthcare technologies and/or cloud-based SaaS preferred.
Experience with AI technologies and GTM process to support preferred.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
