Senior Manager, Technology Operations
Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management (any), Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related area and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management (any), Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related area and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Experience developing data models for analytics using SQL. Experience visualizing data models for analytics and reporting using Tableau or Microsoft Excel. Experience working with the development of technical products related to warehouse management systems or back-end supporting system logics. Experience managing projects from end-to-end and collaborating with cross- functional teams. Experience conducting profit & loss analysis and making strategic cost reduction and revenue generating recommendations. Experience partnering with fulfillment center operations teams to drive quality excellence. Experience creating and maintaining a roadmap to set the future vision and strategic direction of owned space. Experience measuring, monitoring, and reporting on program portfolio performance. Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations and all associated supply chain activities. Experience developing key performance metrics and tracking mechanisms.
