Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Computer Aid Facility Management software (FM Systems) and electronic drawings (Auto CAD) to track space utilization within the building to include capacity, vacancy, allocations, etc.
  • Create and maintain accurate space data and reports
  • Update and maintain FM systems with current drawings and boundaries (poly line)
  • Process move, add, change and new hire requests utilizing CAFM and Move Management software system.
  • Ensure work spaces are kept standard and furnished to the needs within the company's standards.
  • Coordinate the relocations and installation of office furniture.
  • Manage furniture inventory (internal and external).
  • Perform necessary reconfigurations and adjustments in offices and conference rooms.
  • Provide information on furniture and price standards to employees.
  • Coordinate with multiple contractors for executing tasks and ensure proper scheduling to align with customers’ needs.
  • Perform necessary reconfigurations and adjustments in office spaces and conference rooms.
  • Perform other duties as needed under the work direction of the Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with CAD systems
  • Financial tracking and budget management
  • Strong customer relation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CAFM systems preferred
