Logistics Operations Controller (m/w/d)
- Delivery transport controller: coordinate forecasting, processing, and recording of all project and construction deliveries from multiple contractors
- Manage at the direct interface the processing and approval of all deliveries on to the project site
- Logistics operations information manager: coordinate the collection, collation, and analysis of logistics information and reporting
- Access and Security controller: coordinate all processes for collating and authorizing permissions for access to project designated areas
- Project safety controller: system administrator for the process and tools to support the recording and monitoring of all personnel on the construction site, for the purposes of accountability and safety
- Support Logistics operations management: provide input and coordination into the project management processes to support forecasting, progress monitoring, and reporting

- 1-2+ years experience (flexible)
- Confident to work alone with minimal guidance.
- Willing to learn and adapt, and willingness to operate in across the logistics and project management functions, outside of defined job specification for the benefit of the project.
- Innovative self-starter
- Familiarity with project management and logistics operations environment
- Strong understanding of IT/digital information environments
- Fluent German and English language skills
