HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of the team, you will:

  • Leading the identification, evaluation, and integration of next-generation semiconductor technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic roadmaps for semiconductor technologies, ensuring alignment with Nokia's business objectives and licensing strategy.
  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies and conducting competitive and regulatory analysis.
  • Establishing robust processes for evaluating, adopting, and integrating semiconductor innovations from external sources for licensing purposes.
  • Serving as a key liaison between Nokia TECH and the external semiconductor community, ensuring a continuous flow of innovation into the company.
  • Representing Nokia TECH in external forums, conferences, and workshops, advocating for the value of semiconductor innovation and Nokia TECH’s role in it.
  • Other duties, as required
  • Travel: 25%, domestic and international.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Master’s degree in computer science or MBA
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in leading semiconductor architecture and design projects across multiple industries/verticals.
  • Must have experience with public-private investments and government funding programs, such as the US CHIPS Program Office.
  • Extensive experience in identifying and evaluating new technologies, product management, and corporate strategy formulation.
  • Proven understanding of semiconductor technologies and trends, including compute, storage, networking, and memory.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create and manage complex agreements and collaborations.
  • Broad technical understanding of technologies in key business segments such as mobile and consumer devices; automotive ecosystem and space technologies experience highly beneficial.
  • Good communication skills, capable of effectively articulating the value of semiconductor innovation to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participatory collaborator and a team player with a talent for creating and executing cross-team projects.
