What you'll do....
As a Software Engineer III, you’ll spend your days translating requirements into solutions, implementing with code, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing us with the insights necessary to think beyond the status quo. You’ll work with other engineers or independently to get the job done.
- Participates in the discovery phase of small to medium-sized projects to come up with high level design
- Designs, implements, and tests complex code changes for specific business requirements
- Analyzes business needs and develops plans to implement software requirements in conjunction with product management and architects
- Independently handles high impact, critical software/systems monitoring issues and tickets/incidents
- Manages small to large-sized complex projects
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
- Troubleshoots business and production issues
What you'll bring...
- 1 years’ experience designing technical solutions in response to customer requests or changes in retail business.
- 2 years’ experience designing, leading, and implementing technology projects.
- 2 years’ experience in production support, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer and vendor relations.
- Java/JEE programming experience with a focus on server side components
- Experience in developing Web applications; Experience with Spring framework
- Experience with open source search engines like Solr, Lucene or Elastic Search
- Scripting skills in at least one of the following: Python, Perl or Shell and willingness to learn new technologies
- Experience with Eclipse or other IDE development tools
- Experience with Source Code Management Tools (GitHub, SVN, CVS)
- Knowledge of standard tools for optimizing and testing code
- Ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic, fluid environment

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...Preferred Qualifications...
