What you’ll do
Experience and Ticket Management
Support the planning, development, and implementation of onsite experiences for tentpole sponsorships, select sponsorship and experiential marketing efforts
Work with lead Program Manager to continue our focus on creating and maintaining an efficient, customer first event ticket experience
Own day-to-day event ticket needs in a well managed way
Support the management of our Suite and venue portfolio
Support Capital One Entertainment portal through planning and inventory management
Brand Governance
Review, assess enterprise sponsorships for strategic fit and risk, as part of a well-managed governance process
Spearhead periodic communications and reporting to document governance decisions and outcomes
Be a dot-connector, serving as a bridge between Brand Sponsorships, Brand Governance and a variety of specialized subject matter experts within the Brand department
Project Management
Drive efficiency by serving as a central point of contact for broader Enterprise communications and operation needs
Provide project management support to the broader team, helping to manage multiple program timelines and deliverables, managing numerous concurrent projects
Finance administrative duties including PO creation, invoicing and reconciliation as needed
Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners across many different internal and external partners
Communicate effectively with customers and key stakeholders at all levels

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in sponsorships and experiential marketing, or marketing event planning, or a combination of both
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in project management with the ability to explore solution-oriented approaches based on project-specific needs
General knowledge of corporate level event ticketing to include mobile ticket distribution
Experience with a Ticket Asset Management platform (such as TicketManager)
