Key job responsibilities
• Development, configuration, and administration of Salesforce and integration with other Amazon databases/systems.• Responsible for developing in Force.com, Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, JavaScript, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.• Setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.• Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration• Perform Salesforce.com systems configuration, maintenance, environment refresh, data integration duties• Work alongside other technical teams, including engineers, analysts and cross-functional groups• Develop end-to-end architecture of small to medium engineering projects with supervision.• Troubleshoot and respond to errors, bug fixes and issue tickets• Ensure all programs comply with Amazon InfoSec standardsA day in the life1. - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems- 3+ years work experience as salesforce developer- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field and experience- Experience developing in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Design and Visualforce pages- Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Java- Experience with web services- Sharp analytical abilities

- Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer (DEV-401) Certification or equivalent experience- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application architecture.- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations- Experience writing technical documents, project plans and progress reports to leadership and to stakeholders
