What you’ll do:
Expected start date: July/August 2024
Duration: Preferably 12 months minimum (must be a student for the whole duration)
About the Role:
Key activities include the following:
- Supporting Car Fleet Managers for LATAM region with around ~430 cars in total. The LATAM region includes the countries Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru
- Supporting and shaping proactively Global Car Fleet’s strategies (e.g. being an innovative fleet, process standardization/automation and sustainability e.g. 2025 Global Car Fleet strategy etc.)
- Responsible for preparing reports for different stakeholders, accounting reasons and management
- Administration of car leasing contracts/purchased cars
- Responsible for daily tasks related to car fleet management (supporting end to end process – from ordering a car to acquisition process)
- Providing support to our colleagues who are driving a company car via different channels (ticket system, e-mail, phone)
- Contact person to leasing providers and/or manufactures, insurance companies, car dealers etc.
- Contact person to other internal stakeholders (HR/Payroll, Controlling, Procurement etc.)
- Working in a global set-up
- Other tasks related to car fleet management
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Also:
- Current university student, preferably graduating in mid 2025 or later
- Knowledge of leasing / purchasing cars is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal) are mandatory
- Fluent in Portuguese (written & verbal) is a plus
- Self-managed working style with high customer (employee) orientation
- A team player with the ability to work well with other team members (including different locations/countries)
- Proactive and able to identify and solve problems
- Innovative thinking, challenge complexity and show agility to change
- Strong knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint)
