Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, in a consultative sales, digital media sales, or business development role.
Experience within the IT Digital Market, including experience with key dynamics and industry trends, and working with agencies.
Experience with upselling, engaged selling, and video consolidation strategies.
Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to manage client and stakeholder relationships up to C-level.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in engaged selling with the ability to successfully position solutions against performers.
Experience building and nurturing long-term partnerships with customers and agencies, providing consultative expertise on programmatic and MarTech/AdTech solutions.
Experience with DV360, including working platform knowledge, to drive exceptional campaign performance and boost investment.
Ability to lead strategic sales initiatives, navigate complex client challenges, and drive the adoption of programmatic solutions at the executive level.
