You clean and repair tools in compliance with the schedule
You carry out repairs directly in the die casting machine
You carry out professional fitting of spare parts for the tools
You eliminate leaks on the mold side and hydraulic leaks
You prepare production tools for the set-up process
You maintain spare parts lists and ensure that parts are set up and in stock before production starts
You identify and implement systems to achieve consistent casting quality improvement
You will assist in the development of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) for production tooling to identify risks and develop appropriate control plans
You will work and support the set-up of die casting tools with a 100t crane
What You’ll Bring
You have completed vocational training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d), preferably in mold technology or have a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in the manufacture, maintenance, modification or repair of die casting tools or injection molds
You have additional certificates such as a welding certificate
You bring a hands-on mentality, as well as the willingness to work shifts in a 4-shift system
You have a good command of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
