Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional qualification CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
- 2 years post-qualification experience in finance or treasury, working on cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems and SQL, along with knowledge of accounting principles and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fluid environment and to lead and drive operational initiatives along with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with senior management.
- Excellent organizational skills, along with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
