The SaaS foundation provides the fundamental services for the success of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition entire functional areas:

• Ensuring a consistent customer experience across all functional areas by delivering important enablers and necessary supplements
• Striving to cover the entire product with current focus is on the ABAP Core, and reuse services on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) get into focus as well
• Enabling IT user/Business user persona with supporting functionality

Central Business Configuration (CBC): Understanding of CBC and how it can be leveraged to provide basis for adopting best practices and offer flexibility to easily configure and adapt their system according to their business requirements. Experience in customer implementation projects is a plus.
Three-System Landscape (3SL): Managing the customers transition from a traditional Two-System Landscape 2SL to a Three-System Landscape 3SL and ensuring a smooth migration for customers and change management. Experience in system landscape transformation projects and knowledge of best practices in system architecture is beneficial.
Parallel Project Line (PPL) for Accelerated Implementations: Driving the adoption of PPL, ensuring that customers can benefit from accelerated implementations and ability to prioritize required features with higher impact on customers

Extensibility for S/4HANA Public Cloud ranges from making APIs available for a usage by customers and partners to the specification of processes and tools that are straightforward, intuitive, and TCO-optimized.
In other words: Extensibility is about delivering real-world solutions for customer’s problems.
You will collaborate closely with customers and partners on continuously improving the experience of our product and to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.

• Product Requirement Definition: Define and drive the product vision, define functional requirements, in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and other product managers to ensure successful product development and launch.
• User-Centric Design: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring the creation of features that enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will provide expert support to the field, customers, and partners in the area of Extensibility and will work closely with SAP-internal stakeholders in Solution Management and in the field organization. What you bring

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
• Job experience in software product management, product development or similar roles
• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud or another SaaS product
• Knowledge or experience in S/4HANA Cloud extensibility
• Structured thinking and working, delivery focused with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Proven communication and presentation skills
• Team player who is able to work across boundaries with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Fluent communication skills in English is mandatory
