Your Role:
- Outside sales and territory management in Oklahoma.
- New business development and employ a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities, overcome objections and change mindsets.
- Foster growth and maintain positive relationships within existing accounts.
- Analyze and utilize data to develop, coordinate and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory. This includes targeting, routing, and messaging.
- Achieve specific performance goals and territory growth according to the established Territory Manager role job obligations and expectations.
- Complete training program to become proficient in all aspects of the RespirTech InCourage airway clearance therapy, services provided by the organization and the clinical profile of the patients we serve.
- Clearly communicate to your customers about product and servicedifferentiators;present supporting clinical evidence; educate on patient selection and how to order based on Medicare and private insurance coverage criteria.
- Present valuepropositions/customersolutions in a meaningful way that demonstrates understanding of customers needs.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience
- 3+ years successful direct field sales experience
- Ability to be in the field within Territory 90% (including some overnights)
- Previous Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Outside sales experience within this geography
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
- Experience selling to pulmonologists
per year plus company fleet/car.Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.On Target
