As a Reference Data Specialist within our financial services team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of Client Reference data setup and maintenance across various LOBs. This role provides an opportunity to create and maintain Client Reference data in our system, validate and review documentation, and ensure procedural guidelines are followed. You will also have the chance to proactively resolve open issues and escalation
Job responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Client Reference data in System
- Validate and diligently review documentation
- Maintain high accuracy level in tasks processed
- Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed without any misses.
- Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management in the loop
- Liaising and partnering with requestors / business partners as required.
- Perform Data analysis / research and remediation function as per requirements.
- Maintain and produce MIS report as required.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- You must have a bachelor's degree or above
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in financial services or related industries
- Excellent Client service and Communication Skills
- Flexible to shifts and to should be able to deliver as part of the team.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting/ advanced Excel.
- Attention to detail and reasoning ability
