5+ years of experience building and nurturing a high performing team
Background designing and implementing master data and/or large scale data architectures/data warehouse solutions
Expert understanding of data models, database schemas, and optimization in domain driven design
Expertise in data engineering, data quality and observability
Strong understanding of data products and data services
Familiarity with data exchange and interoperability
Experience with data catalog, metadata management, and data discoverability
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for audiences at all levels of an organization
Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values.

Familiarity with data governance workflows and leading practices

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $210,900.00 and $316,900.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
