Qualifications
What we're looking for:

• Holistic thinker who can drive product development, define features and value propositions, work with stakeholders across the business and evangelize the product’s adoption internally and externally. Able to author training materials and product documentation and present confidently in front of large audiences.
• In depth knowledge of data management systems, processes and procedures – how to acquire, understand, control and distribute data and information
• Exposure and experience working in a big data environments
• Participate in the development of the long term product strategy providing architectural insight and industry expertise
• Demonstrable experience working with other product managers to conceptualize and define data products
• Able to work with architects and technical leads to translate business requirements into technical requirements for implementation
• Work closely with engineering and business groups to prioritize development initiatives, maximizing the effectiveness of allotted development resources. Drive decisions across all teams and know when to escalate
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau and Microstrategy
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• “Can do” attitude, team player, energetic personality, works well under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product management role
• 5+ years of experience in large, high volume data environments
• Bachelor's Degree above or equivalent. Math, MBA or Statistics preferred.
