Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Tmall store, including product on shelf, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization.
- Ensure accurate product presence (site merchandising, CDP/PDP, keywords) to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Monitor store performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales), generate reports and propose actions.
2. Campaign & Promotion Execution
- Support the planning and execution of Tmall marketing campaigns (e.g., Double 11, 618 and other key moments).
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales data, competitor activities, and market trends using Tmall’s backend tools.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Analyze consumer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
5. Compliance & Platform Updates
- Stay updated on Tmall’s policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
Familiarity with Tmall/Taobao or other Chinese e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
- Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis is must have).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Mindset: Adaptable, data-driven, and passionate about e-commerce.
