Analyzes external and internal market data to identifytrends/opportunities,develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling marketanalysis/segmentationpresentations
Tracks and reports key quarterly product metrics
Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis to respond critical questions about product performance, go to market strategies and opportunities
Collaborates with different teams (Business Development, Finance, Sales, Management, etc.) to define business needs. Performs analysis and creates internal data solutions (reports, models, dashboards, etc.) that provide guidance on improvement opportunities, performance tracking of short and long term goals and/or business decisions
Understands business and market environments. Assists with the development of data based strategies to meet business objectives
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Communicates insights and findings in various formats and contexts (quarterly reviews, project specific analysis, product marketing materials, executive requests) using clear messaging and data visualization
Participates in thedesign/development/releaseof dashboards/reports used to drive key business decisions. Partners with IT teams to ensure data accuracy/quality of existing and new dashboards/reports
Skills/Experience:
MBA preferred
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to fast-moving scenarios
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Experience collaborating with diverse and cross functional teams
Experience in advanced business data analysis (Excel, Tableau, SQL, R/python, Hadoop)
