Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, an operations-related function, or equivalent field; or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, or supporting implementation or transformation projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.
- Experience leading the process improvement projects and influencing and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects.
- Experience in applying statistical methods, SQL, dashboard design, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent data analysis and project management skills.
