Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting, an operations-related function, or equivalent field; or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, or supporting implementation or transformation projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.
Experience leading the process improvement projects and influencing and managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects.
Experience in applying statistical methods, SQL, dashboard design, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent data analysis and project management skills.
