Your Impact

You’ll design experiences to improve usability and ensure consistency and clarity. You’ll work closely with UX, research, and visual designers and collaborators across the organization to build productive, inclusive and accessible experiences for our workforce. You will:

  • Design and influence user experiences to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to our established guidelines and standard methodologies.
  • Work with SME's, product owners, and leaders to craft clear, effective content in user experiences that meet user needs business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our UX, visual design, and research teams to build and test content, the way it’s organized, and how it’s presented in the product. This may include microcopy, taxonomies, navigational elements, information architecture, and other product content.
  • Partner with our research team to conduct usability studies on existing interfaces and use the results to evaluate content impact and improve usability.
  • Use systems-thinking to improve the user experience. This could include improving information architecture, contributions to the design system, and style guide documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and a minimum of 4+ years' experience in communications or design.
  • A portfolio with examples in website design, communication design, product design, or information design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a content designer/copywriter, UX designer, UI writer, or related role and a passion for solving user-centered design problems with consistent language, voice, and tone, and a dedication to accessibility and inclusion in their work.
  • Experience on a product team in an Agile environment, preferably in sophisticated, enterprise organizations, and a history of collaboration with remote teams.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma and bringing sophisticated products from conception to reality, through every stage of the UX process.
  • Design skills displayed through utilization and development of design system documentation, mock-ups, prototypes, user journeys, and/or style guides.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide clear, concise direction and feedback, and work alongside, brainstorm with and promote ideas, concepts, and strategies to a broad range of partners, including executive leadership.
