In this role, you are expected to:
Play a key role inadvisingcustomers ofhigh-levelfinancial solutions from a range of available investment and credit banking
retainand deepen
providingpersonalized financial advice, answering customer questions, and addressing their concerns; raising matters asappropriate toteam members or partners whilemaintainingconfidentiality andaccuracy
Act as a point of contact for the frontline staff in handling customer problems
Maintain professional space incommon areasas per marketing and regulatory
updatesand suggestadditionalpersonalized solutions based on their financial
Stay knowledgeable aboutemergingissues, evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct as well asparticipatein process improvement opportunities to protect the interests of the
Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and in a wayproperly reflectingbusiness
assistand mentor others in the completion of work activities, and address communication issues
Requirements:
High school diplomaand/or1 year of relevant
Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an
Completion ofIFIC or equivalent required
CFSA must be completedwithin 12 months, if
estatesecuredlending and/orinvestment experience an
Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and conceptsin order toprovidepersonalized advice to customers in a fast-paced work
in software tools including MS Office, and internet

A self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
