As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at NICE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's compensation and benefits programs. You will analyze data, develop compensation models, and ensure that our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Your expertise will help to attract, motivate, and retain top talent, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
How will you make an impact?
- Compensation Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation packages. Analyze internal and external salary data to ensure our compensation structures are competitive and equitable.
- Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other benefits. Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit offerings.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and analyze compensation and benefits data. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.
- Compensation Program Development: Assist in the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
- Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on legislative changes that impact compensation and benefits.
- Employee Communication: Develop clear and concise communication materials to explain compensation and benefits programs to employees. Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation and benefits issues.
- Performance Management / Merit Support: Collaborate with HRBPs and management teams to ensure alignment between performance management and compensation practices including yearly merit & bonus cycles. Assist in the development of performance-based compensation programs.
Have you got what it takes?
- Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 - 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a High-Tech company.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing reports and analyzing data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to compensation and benefits challenges.
