Key job responsibilities
Successful candidates will be strong leaders with demonstrated ability to obsess over customers, who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery. Other key responsibilities include the following:- Continuous improvement to process and quality of technical services and platforms- Foster culture of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback and metrics
- Own and champion engineering and operational excellence through establishment of group-wide metrics for measurement with a consistent, regular process for assessment and improvement
- Interface with a diverse customer base to understand requirements, priorities and processes
- Set clear, measurable and quality goals for the organization in a data-driven way
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, or related work experience
- Experience of developing software for managing large scale transaction systems
- Demonstrated experience in building, delivering and operating products and services in a consumer/enterprise space
