As part of the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice you will provide a well-integrated broad array of services to transform credit management in financial institutions focused on commercial lending. This includes advising our clients on development of strategies and concepts across a range of topics related to lending business incl. innovative technologies and methodologies.
We come at transformation problems in the following ways with respect to risk and technology relating to:
- Digital transformation of business and/or operating models, digitalization of processes and methods, as well as development and implementation of comprehensive strategic approaches.
- Analysis, development, and optimization of the organizational structure and processes, increasing the viability and profitability of the lending business within a balanced and comprehensive risk/return consulting approach.
- Consulting for the implementation of regulatory requirements into the existing business, organization, and system structure.
- Consulting for technology solutions to support the lending business (e.g. data management, collateral management, limit management etc.)
- Define Business Requirement Document and business rules (including data and systems requirements) to on-board and develop transformation rules in strategic platform. Perform UAT and postproduction testing.
- Define requirement and analysis for creating analytics dashboard and data visualization.
Your key responsibilities
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, market standards, products, policies and procedures and key challenges for commercial and institutional lending
- Experience into industry and / or credit transformation projects
- Insights and knowledge of technology solutions and vendors for lending
- Credit Assessment and analysis knowledge for commercial lending and / or a specific segment or product
- Strong interpersonal and teaming skills
- Effective leadership, project management and teamwork skills
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Academic and prior experience
- A university degree, 2:1 (or equivalent) or above is usually preferred, however we would be open to outstanding candidates who may have followed an alternative academic path.
