Description
You will work closely with a team of administrative professionals, providing full administrative, in-office support to multiple teams of Software Engineers and organize a variety of events throughout the year. Key responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Takes initiative, is a resourceful and innovative problem solver
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AA or BS degree preferred
  • 3-6 years experience (engineering teams preferred) in a high tech environment
  • Proficient in Mac OS: Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Calendar
  • Managed short term projects and team events
  • Demonstrates tact, discretion, and sound judgment, especially when exposed to confidential and sensitive materials
  • Must be able to work with little supervision on daily assignments and must be able to take initiative in all tasks
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $31.10 and $46.70/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
