Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To drive consistency in the delivery and implementation of seasonally relevant product learning materials and content to develop the functional capabilities of wholesale, retail and franchise audiences. The focus of this role is to also ensure consistent usage and engagement with digital product learning platforms and tools, thereby supporting facilitation of learning in line with key brand moments, product and campaign launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and implement trainer-led and self-led product learning programs and content for sales audiences across multiple channels in alignment with Europe Brand and Product Learning Calendar
  • Ensure that programs/content are delivered in an engaging and interactive manner; role modelling expected standard of facilitation skills and techniques required at a local level to accordingly implement
  • Optimize and tailor created and existing product learning content so that it to align with product and campaign priorities; seeking new ways to elevate wide-reaching delivery and distribution of content
  • Organize and ensure availability of relevant training content and materials
  • Build and maintain a solid working relationship with relevant stakeholders at global, Europe and local level in order to work towards increased effectiveness of product learning programs/content and cross-functional alignment
  • Support Europe geographical territories via local Product Learning Teams in the delivery and implementation of product programs/content
  • Build and maintain close alignment and collaboration with Europe geographical territories to ensure consistent approach and application of the Europe Brand and Product Learning Program and priorities
  • Implement and drive usage and engagement of digital product learning platforms and tools, including associated reporting
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative monitoring of training results on monthly/quarterly basis using Kirkpatrick and adidas learning measurement levels as reference
  • Act as a support partner and contribute to the seasonal sell-in and sell-out process; specifically in relation to Europe seasonal kick-offs and/or summits for all sales channels
  • Support special and other assignments or projects as assigned and agreed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of adult learning, design principles and associated measurement
  • Ability to deliver compelling, engaging and interactive learning content
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to build engagement and usage on digital platforms and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication skills including listening and impactful presentation and facilitation skills
  • Solid business acumen and in-depth knowledge of retail, consumers and retail KPIs
  • Well organized with enthusiasm and initiative
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Efficient and effective in time management
  • Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in retail sales and retail training experience, preferably in the apparel/ goods industry
  • Multi-channel experience and professional experience in multi-national business environment is an advantage.
