Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of ICTx messaging for strategic accounts, setting Boston Scientific apart in key health systems.
  • Product Commercialization: Develop and implement comprehensive commercialization plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless integration into strategic accounts.
  • Expertise in Coronary Therapies and Structural Heart: Act as the go-to expert on Coronary Therapies and Structural Heart value initiatives, ensuring these offerings are integrated into Boston Scientific’s broader corporate solutions.
  • Value Proposition & Differentiation: Design creative and high-impact strategies to showcase the unique value of Boston Scientific, focusing on differentiation within strategic accounts.
  • Targeted Value Messaging: Develop and deliver economic value messaging for key decision-makers, including supply chain leaders and cardiovascular service line administrators, driving adoption and growth.
  • Multichannel Engagement: Build and execute robust multichannel engagement plans, reaching administrative customers through web, email, social media, CA sales, and advisory boards.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years in marketing, consulting, or related fields, with 5+ years in medical device marketing.
  • Skilled at gathering customer insights to create impactful messaging, collaborating with sales, and executing initiatives effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing tools that go beyond traditional features and benefits, creating meaningful differentiation.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and quantitative skills.
  • Up to 20% domestic travel.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • Experience in economic value messaging.
  • Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior leaders.
  • High motivation and a proactive mindset, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
