Brand Strategy development:
Support the evolution of Qualcomm brand identity, brand messaging, brand positioning to build a strong and powerful B2B brand.
Conduct secondary research to gather insights about market trends and competitive positioning to inform brand strategies and brand campaigns
Product Branding and Naming:
Brand asset development and Project Management:
Oversee brand asset development process from creative briefing, stakeholder management, project management to getting brand and legal approvals.
Partner with creative agencies and in-house creative teams to drive creative excellence and operational efficiencies.
Brand Governance:
Champion brand consistency ensuring that all marketing materials adhere to the brand guidelines.
Work with different cross functional teams to ensure brand governance across all touchpoints.
Cross -functional collaboration:
Stakeholder Management:
Brand Communication:
Share regular brand updates with internal teams.
Communicate brand updates to agencies and marketers through brand newsletters.

This role is officed based in Mexico City and will require the ability to travel to the U.S. on a quarterly basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Brand or Marketing related fields
Prior experience providing marketing or brand support in equivalent industry
Prior creative/graphic design education and work experience
Expert in brand architecture and naming
Strategic thinker with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
Strong understanding brand building, management and governance
Professional presence and ability to work with all levels of the organization
Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational abilities and experience in managing creative agencies
Strong knowledge of creative development discipline from briefing to file types
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with global teammates in multiple regions
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work both independently and within teams.
