- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partner management, program management, consulting, or strategy, in various Social Impact spaces.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or contracts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with multi-sector partnerships (e.g. government agencies, NGOs, education, health or commercial sector) in business development, partnerships, product management, general management, sales or other related fields.
- Experience designing and implementing processes and policies.
- Ability to summarize issues and to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills to structure partnership models and handle technical, contractual, and financial issues.
