Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively lead HSE elements for all transition activities within the region
• HSE oversight of all HBT and non-HBT employees at the various OLRS (office & low risk site) locations
• Develop & deploy in partnership with the HBT HSE teams subject matter experts, the district strategy for HSE, Business Continuity, Office & low risk sites (OLRS), Sustainability
• Proactively lead HSE elements for all transition activities within the region
• Assist in resolving potential non-compliance, enforcement actions or litigation regarding HSE matters

Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in driving & deploying HSE within a business.
• BSc or MSc degree in HSE or Engineering
• Knowledgeable in HSE compliance, emerging regulations, and trends
• Strong influencing skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with service, process, facilities maintenance, or construction industries desired.
