What you'll do:
Your key responsibilities include:
- Strategy Development: Define and drive the localization strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM products, aligning with market requirements and business goals.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and manage product roadmaps that address localization needs, integrating feedback from stakeholders and market research.
- Project Management: Oversee localization projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, QA, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of localized features.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand localization needs and regulatory requirements in various countries, especially focusing on Germany and the UK.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for localization-related queries, providing updates and managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- User Experience: Enhance the user experience by ensuring localized content and functionality meet the highest standards.
▪ Experience: 3-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on localization and internationalization of software products.
▪ Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, with practical experience in payroll and HR systems specific to Germany and the UK.
▪ Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
▪ Languages: Fluency in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
▪ Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform product decisions.
