Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 2+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multinational environment
- Operations experience
- Experience developing continuous improvement strategy & delivery against agreed objectives
- Demonstrated ability to work under and deliver to continual deadline constraints is essential
- Negotiation skills with an ability to impact and influence at senior level
- Experience managing short, medium, and long-term planning horizons concurrently
- Demonstarted understanding of financial principals and working with Finance stakeholders
- MBA is a plus
