Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
8 years of experience in project development, business development, or commercial negotiations for capital projects in industries such as energy, infrastructure, or technology.
8 years of experience managing cross-functional programs.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in the power generation, utility, or data center industry in distributed or onsite energy resources.
Experience in implementing commercial models and partnerships for new and emerging technologies.
Knowledge of emerging energy technologies, such as energy storage, distributed generation, and decarbonization solutions.
Understanding of data center critical infrastructure, including load requirements and resilience standards.
Ability to develop and negotiate energy partnerships (e.g., Power Purchase Agreements) with developers, utilities, or government entities across international markets.
