Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing short and long product-level strategies to ensure delivery of the financial plan
  • Responsible for field execution of credit initiatives and achievement of credit goals and objectives
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategy/contact model for the Field Sales Representatives that will meet the guidelines established by the Partner and Partner Management teams
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, understand field performance, and implement action plans to ensure sales objectives are achieved
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence around best practices, client feedback and market competition in assigned geography and vertical
  • Assist in development and implementation of a field intelligence system for prompt reporting of competitive activity, to include Citi Relationship Management platform and analytics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and Retail Partners, respond in a timely manner to escalated credit issues and concerns, and develop new and enhanced programs to increase new accounts
  • Develop and manage cost center budgets and expenses

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Required licenses: Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65
  • Sales/Credit experience required
  • Field Sales and/or client development experience required
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
  • Ability to work 50%-75% of the time
  • Ability to work out of a home office
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

Objetivo:

• Responsable de la promoción, la estrategia comercial, así como garantizar el cumplimiento de los planes de colocación de hipotecario y ganar participación en el mercado.

• Coordinar la actividad comercial y el pipeline de los asesores hipotecario (canal interno).

• Cobertura: Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí, Guanajuato, Querétaro.

Responsabilidades:

• Gestión de estrategias de planes de ventas para alcanzar planes de negocios mensuales y anuales en Hipotecario y/o otros productos.

• Ayuda a desarrollar estrategias a corto y largo plazo a nivel de producto para garantizar la entrega del plan financiero.

• Trabajar con las partes interesadas clave para desarrollar e implementar un modelo de estrategia/contacto para los Representantes de Ventas de Campo que cumpla con las pautas establecidas por los Socios y los equipos de Gestión.

• Analice los informes de ventas semanales y mensuales, comprenda el rendimiento del negocio e implemente planes de acción para garantizar que se alcancen los objetivos de ventas.

• Recopile y comunique inteligencia de mercado en torno a las mejores prácticas, los comentarios de los clientes y la competencia del mercado en la geografía y la vertical asignadas.

• Ayudar en el desarrollo e implementación de diferentes canales y convenios de servicio con socios comerciales y con desarrolladoras con el objetivo de posicionar a Banamex como la mejor opción del mercado.

Capacidad de negociación con directores y gerentes de diferentes desarrollos hipotecarios, buscando generar estrategias en conjunto que permitan ganar participación de mercado

REQUERIMIENTOS

  • Experiencia 7 a 10 años en sector financiero en enfoque comercial / hipotecario
  • Experiencia en ventas y gestión de personal (3 años)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Habilidad de negociación
  • Conocimiento de crédito hipotecario
