Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of industry experience, with 5 years of technical management experience of software developers and technical leaders and architects.
- 15 years of experience in development or operation of routing platforms, or Optical technologies (e.g., equipment vendors, enterprises, telecom carriers, cloud operators, or hyperscalers)
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering
- Direct networking operational experience at a cloud provider/hyperscale service provider
- Experience in distributed computing infrastructure
- Experience using agile methodologies and tooling
- A passion for technology and technical depth to uncover root causes of complex technical problems and provide guidance on solving them
